1. Can I track my order?
Your order will be trackable with Canada Post using a tracking number or reference number

2. When will my order be sent out?
Our Pre Sale orders will be sent out & delivered a little slower than we would like...  Please allow for a month-month 1/2 wait period from purchase date

3. How do I Exchange/Return my order?
Simply send us an email with your return using your order number and postal code and we can begin the exchange/return process.  There are no returns/refunds/exchanges on all items purchased during our BLACK FRIDAY WEEK sale, or that are marked final sale.  This allows us to offer our customers all of our great products at a very low price for a limited time!

Our customers can return for an exchange, refund* or store credit.

*Please note, items returned for a refund within Canada incur a $10 handling fee. True North does not cover the return shipping cost.

4. How do the taxes work?  
At this time we are not charging taxes on our products....   As we grow this will change

5. Do you deliver to Mailboxes?
Yes, Canada Post will deliver your package the same way as they would deliver any package

6. I think my order has gone missing, what do I do?
These things can happen unfortunately, however we will help you solve this problem!

In the event of a missing order, please ensure you have checked your delivery times and that your order is at least 4 business days past the expected delivery date, before emailing us.... Feel free to contact us regarding any of this information

7. I just placed an order, can I cancel/change it?
Since we are currently doing Pre Orders, there may be a chance to change your order....  However, remember some products may sell out!!

8. What payment methods do you accept?

9. How do I know you received my order?
Successful orders will display a Thank You page with your order number and a confirmation email will be sent shortly after the order is completed.

10. What should I do if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?
