What is a pre-order?

The pre-order item is an item which you have the chance to purchase before anyone else from the new collection or a limited edition product.  It means that the item is still in production when ordered and not available in our warehouse. Delivery times may vary for pre-orders, please allow 1 month.

What are the advantages of buying a pre-order item?

The advantage of buying an item in pre-order is that you are guaranteed the size or item you want without it selling out before you can purchase it.

Why do delays occur?

Sometimes delays can occur for various reasons.  The  manufacturing process requires several production and processing steps, sometimes mistakes are made and this process can take longer than expected, as well as shipping times.

Can I cancel a pre-order item?

Yes you can, just keep in mind that pre-orders may be cancelled within two hours from the purchase. After this time period has passed it will not be possible.  You can cancel the item from your order by contacting our Customer Service.
